Any Kind: Clear and Dennis

Finally got around to getting some new art from my friend for my teen romance story Any Kind, this time of my characters Clear Weston and Dennis York, the main "traditional" couple.

While the two of them on their own are always there to support their friends, especially Abby, their place in the story primarily revolves around strenuous factors involved in a relationship. The two of them care about each other very much, but while Dennis is very much willing to give anything for her, Clear is somewhat concerned about having a lasting relationship with him. It's not that she doesn't love him, but her main goal in life is to leave her home town and use her wits to forge a lasting and successful career for her self. Because of this, she's concerned that staying with Dennis will hold her back from what she truly wants, being that he and his family are very poor. The two of them hold back on this for a great amount of time, but eventually something happens to Dennis midway through the story that will cause Clear to ultimately choose whether she wants to stay with him or not.

I'm happy to say that the story is becoming much clearer to me now, and while there are still a few more characters for me to work on, I feel that these kids and their interactions are going to lead to a properly developed tale. Even if some parts of their lives become very bittersweet....
